"I was very impressed by the Financial Competence course. I have worked a fair bit with financial statements of commercial clients as well as preparing the financial statement for our credit union. I worked through the course to see if it would be beneficial to our lenders who have asked for training on financial statements. I found that the course was very thorough, easy to understand but not too simplistic to be of value. I liked the way the material was presented - kept it from being too dry and boring. I also liked the fact that you have to take tests and show a good understanding of the material before being allowed to continue. Our lenders will all be encouraged to complete this course. I'm sure they will appreciate the increased understanding they will have of financial statement analysis."
